Patch Francais Pour Crazy Talk 6
I'm having a related problem and have been unable to get response from Reallusion Support to clear it up. I have been running CT6 Pro for over 1.5 years with no problem, when suddenly - the teeth I was working with, started moving strangely - like a typewriter platen - back and forth and independently of one another!
Also, the graphics sometimes appeared cut up in the video.I tried installing an update and it said I didn't have enough disk space (which I had plenty of). I figured I should uninstall and reinstall - but the uninstall wouldn't work - said the setup.exe file was missing. I paid a computer tech to get the program uninstalled and installed again.
And the program worked again for a couple of weeks - but then when I went to create a 7 second video - the image was cut up again (see attached screenprint from video). Uh-oh.I saw there was an update I needed to do, but again - the CT6 6.21 patch can not be installed same reason - not enough disk space (which is still not an actual problem). I emailed support last week Thursday - and they said to send the diaxdg report, which I did - and I still haven't heard back.I have jobs waiting on this getting resolved. I have tried uninstalling again - and I'm back to being unable to uninstall because of the setup.exe file being missing. I ran through the steps you outlined above - and no change. What is going on? Why would it run so well for so long and then this?Lauri.
HelenMyers (3/10/2013)This is my first post. Apologies if I have placed it in the wrong place. I have just found my CrazyTalk 6 Pro disk, bought ages ago, and I am installing it. Whenever I do so, my Internet Explorer stops working and I have to uninstall / reinstall.

Any hints on how to address this? Many thanks!Hi.If you are still experiencing problems. Please contact Support using the link below. Do try to supply your dxdiag.txt file too so they can check your system for you.Peter Forum Administrator.

At the very least it appears your graphics drivers are not working as they should.I would certainly check with your computer manufacturer for updated graphics drivers and install these. You can also try Nvidia, AMD, Intel etc.If your drivers are up to date then it may be an issue with the actual graphics card. One other thing to check is that your virus software is up to date and you have run a full system scan. These kind of strange issues that just start happening can be attributed to a virus.
Probably not but still worth checking. As Support appear to have replied to you now, please keep in contact with them. They will try to assist you as best they can to get these issues resolved.Peter Forum Administrator.
