I bought a Media Composer 3.X software second hand but with a package still wrapped in plastic. It hasn't been used before. (He won it in a contest but he uses Final Cut, that's why he sells it).Now I went in to the register part of Avids website and wrote in the ID and Serial of this system.Now, it says it's an invalid serial number!? Tried it more then a dozen times now but even though I hold the damn dongle in my hand writing it in on the registration page, it still says that it's an invalid Serial.What the.?As always I'm not really surprised, I did not think that anything that has to do with computers works at any time.But I need superfast help with this, Avid's lacks good customer support and I will not buy one just to be able to install the system, that's just wrong.Help please.
